The title of ‘PhD of the year’ is awarded to Ziwei Ouyang, Industrial Postdoc at DTU Electrical Engineering for his thesis entitled ‘Advances in Planar and Integrated Magnetics’. Professor Jesper Mørk is presented with the award for ‘PhD supervisor of the year’ for—in the words of his students—being fully familiar with all the details of the projects. The DTU’s Young Researcher Award honours young researchers who have made an extraordinary effort and who have great potential for further development. This year, the award was presented to six young researchers: Nina Overgaard Therkildsen, DTU Aqua, Andrei Andryieuski, DTU Photonics, Oline V. Olesen, DTU Compute, Wolfgang Stelte, DTU Chemical Engineering, Julie Chambon, DTU Environment, and Filippo Bosco, DTU Nanotech. 19 October 26 October Martin P.
