ion gun for sample cleaning and Ion Scattering Spectroscopy (ISS). A flood gun
for charge neutralization of the non-conductive samples is available. A camera is
mounted on top of the analysis chamber: in combination with a three axis motorized
stage in the middle of this chamber it allows a precise alignment of the
samples. The most relevant of these components will be described in more detail
in the following paragraphs.
