Campus Development 09/2015 Theme 1 Life science coming Life science coming Looking ahead to late 2016, about 1,000 DTU staff researchers, lecturers and consultants working within bioengineering and life science will have relocated to the new facilities in Lyngby. DTU Vet, DTU Aqua, and DTU Food will move in together and use joint research facilities in the large Life Science & Bioengineering complex. Their neighbours will be researchers and employees from DTU Biosustain Novo Nordisk Foundation Center for Biosustainability - who have moved from Hørsholm and into the adjoining highly specialized research building. Further to the north in Quadrant 2, DTU Systems Biology is adding a new Building 225. Transforming DTU 11
