ELECTOR is a multinational, Horizon 2020-funded eHealth project
which combines clinical knowhow, a self-testing device for disease
biomarkers and a BYOD app to allow patients with rheumatoid
arthritis to monitor their disease activity from home and provides

What differentiates us?
An interdisciplinary approach that emphasizes a process of collaborative design with involvement from
healthcare professionals and patients at all stages of development. We view this as essential to bridging the
gap between patients, healthcare providers and the IT systems that have grown into an indispensable part
of the healthcare experience.
A strong commitment to open source technologies as well as open standards for interoperability, such as
HL7 FHIR® which the ELECTOR platform is built around.
